What Good After-Sales Support Should Feel Like

Purchase day is the easy bit. This is what decent local support feels like when something fails later.

Good after-sales is boring in a good way. You know who to contact, someone replies, and the problem gets diagnosed without a blame game. Radio silence after payment is not a feature.

Systems leave here stress tested, with terms confirmed when you take one on. If something fails inside cover, we work through remote checks, collection or a local visit. Same way we would want to be treated.

Before you buy anywhere, ask what happens two weeks after delivery if a drive fails. The answer tells you more about the seller than any RGB photo.
